Flowers At Wild Wood

BRIDES BEWARE!! My sister used Wild Wood for her wedding flowers and the experience we’ve had with them has been shocking. My sisters bouquet was nothing like what she asked for and was much smaller than expected, the buttonholes were missing tartan, the corsages were wrong, the flowers at the venue were all the wrong colours and the centre pieces were also displayed incorrectly with the wrong colours. Elaine refused to take any steps to try to fix the problems on the day.
My sister has tried for several weeks to deal with Elaine to resolve the issues but Elaine has broken promise after promise and has now refused to talk to her any further. Terrible service and would warn all brides or others looking for flowers against using Wild Wood.

Just a few words about my flowers. They were absolutely amazing. From the button holes table flowers to my bouquet. Loved them all. Thank you so much. Well done.

Used wildwood flowers for my wedding (actually in 2019). Staff was nice but what a deception on my wedding day. Not the colours I asked for, nor the arrangement. Some flowers broken in my bouquet and the button holes looked tired before the ceremony. Contacted Elaine who wouldnt even apologise or acknowledge anything. Started a small claim procedure, for which the judge granted my request. Never any contact from the shop since then, they ignored the court ordered and I am still due compensation. Avoid for your wedding, wouldnt want anybody to feel the same way on their wedding day and after.
Planning on following on my small claim court compensation, just so you know.

I ordered flowers for an elderly lady’s 95th birthday. The girl on the phone suggested a basket as they were easier to maintain. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Very impressed with service, delivery and the quality of the floral arrangement. Would definitely recommend.

Wedding day was beautiful thanks to this company! Bouquets looked exactly as we wanted them to and were amazing in photos. Couldn’t recommend them higher
