Karen the Florist

VERY pleased. Living miles away, I looked on Google and chose this florist as she's close to the hospital my sister was in (The Heath). I placed order over phone leaving the choice of flowers to her discretion.
So glad I did. It was a wonderful bunch and lasted almost 2 weeks. Cheered my sister up so much. I would most certainly use her again for flowers in the Cardiff area.

I chose Karen florist off Google as it was the closest to where my other half had just started her new job. They were very professional on the phone and helped to deliver a stunning bouquet of flowers. Which she loved. Will definitely be using Karen's florist again. 😃👍💐🌹

My sister was lucky enough that Karen was available to do her wedding flowers. They were absolutely beautiful and every aspect thought through. I've since ordered bouquets for delivery and they have always been gorgeous. Very personal service, affordable prices and amazing flowers. Thanks Karen x

Visited here to order flowers for a funeral. Very good advice, happy to accommodate our budget. She provided beautiful flowers admired by our family.

I visited Karen the Florist in an attempt to use a local business for my mother's funeral flowers. Karen didn't start by asking me what I wanted; she immediately told me that the 'average' people spent was £350. I should have trusted my instinct and left then, but I didn't and having been to see the flowers on my mother's grave this morning, I could cry. In comparison with others' flowers, mine were sparse , with big gaps in between and some are already dead. I will never ever use Karen again and would advise anyone who asks not to. Really angry and upset.

We have been having flowers from Karen for about five years now. She did my father in laws funeral flowers four years ago which were outstanding and my mother's funeral flowers five months ago. They were every thing we asked for and more.we had wonderful comments about them . In between times, I have received beautiful arrangements from my family who rang her.she listens to what you want and gives ideas. She also remembers you and also what you like. She's a kind and caring lady. Can't recommend her enough.

Karen is such a talented florist and a very kind person. I pre-booked a winter wreath for a friend and nothing was too much trouble. KtF delivered it on the day I wanted and even added a handwritten message on my behalf. She takes so much pride in her work and took the time to find out exactly what I wanted in order to make the perfect wreath. Quality flowers and excellent service. I'll definitely buy again and will recommend KtF. Diolch.
