I used Allwoods for my wedding bouquet and buttonholes. Not only was Anna so kind and helpful, she also waited to give me a quote when she knew the cost of flowers wouldn’t be so high. I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did.
I cried when I saw what a beautiful job she had done. Thank you Anna, the bouquet looks so beautiful on my photographs.

Ordered flowers for my daughter to congratulate her on her A level results - the flowers arrived the same day and were absolutely beautiful - I gave a brief description of what I wanted over the phone and they couldn't have been any closer to what I had in mind - my daughter loved them - over the moon - thank you

I ordered a red rose bouquet, which was beautifully presented, and delivered as ordered. The flowers came with two sachets of feed to keep them fresh longer.

Worst Florist I have ever been too , wanted to try something a new florist for the first time and I’ve never been so disappointed in my life with flowers. Ordered white and cream bunch of flowers , I went to pick them up to see so much green and deadness in the flowers , I called up and the woman she was being so rude because she couldn’t do her job properly and remember if she put roses in or not , a big rip off and racist

SO POLITE & HELPFUL

I found out my aunty was in hospital, so being in Australia, I had to rely on Google.
I chose Allwoods, primarily due to their proximity to the hospital. My choice was perfect.
The staff there were so polite and friendly, answering all my questions and making some very helpful suggestions too.
The online ordering process was then very simple and there were so many options to choose from. I had to settle on a non- floral gift, but that was not an issue.
My aunt received her gift straight away, and she was absolutely delighted with it.
I may not be local, but next time I need the services of a florist in Cardiff, I know where I'll be ordering from.

I LOVE Allwoods! I asked for a bouquet to be wrapped with paper just to take round as a gift. I let their amazing florists decide on the flower choice and in no way was I dissapointed! They were beautifully wrapped, an unusual selection of amazing flowers in great condition and they even left the stems long so they could be cut to the length the recipient liked. So so impressed, thank you!
