Acacia Of Chester

We have always used Acacia for family funerals and Linsay has always done an amazing job! She has created a variety of different arrangements and in particular a gates of heaven in the Irish flag colours for my grandads funeral which truly meant so much to the family. Since lockdown began I have ordered 3 separate bouquets to celebrate various occasions that I’ve missed and I have been so impressed with each one, as were the people who received them. The flowers are always fresh, plentiful and beautiful ☺️

Have used Acacia on a number of occasions, most recently in very trying circumstances I had the most amazing funeral display for my late mum in the shape of a dove of peace. With so many restrictions and difficulties during the Covid 19 pandemic Linsay has gone above and beyond to bring comfort to not only myself but so many other families. Also sending bouquets to key workers during these dark times beautiful flowers beautiful company lovely sincere lady x.

Lindsey from Acacia of Chester was really friendly and extremely helpful. Ordered a DAD and GRANDAD funeral floral tribute - beautiful! Three weeks on and they both still look amazing! Some beautiful flowers were delivered to my mum after we had to cancel her birthday celebrations when a few of us cam down with COVID. The team went above and beyond to make sure they were delivered to her the same day and the flowers were stunning! Thanks to everyone

Excellent service. Ordered floral tributes over the phone for my mother-in-laws funeral and they were beautiful. Couldn't have chosen better flowers myself. Lady I dealt with was extremely patient, kind and understanding. Would recommend.

This florist was more than disappointing and I would not recommend to anyone. My Auntie placed an order on line for funeral flowers for my father which didn’t arrive. I rang to chase and was told unforeseen circumstances meant the order couldn’t be fulfilled and the order would have gone to one of four other florists to fulfil. No mention of who these could be and the payment was taken. No refund has followed. What a way to be treated in the event of a funeral.
