I ordered flowers for a funeral through Kate’s creations. It was the most heartbreaking time for me and Kate made the process as pain free as possible for me. I don’t live locally to her florist yet everything felt so easy and straight forward, communication was key and she made this easy with messages and photos to keep me up to date with everything. I told her what I wanted and she helped me to capture exactly what I was looking for to remember my loved one. She described the scent and texture of the roses I had chosen so I felt as though I was there with her choosing them.
I have never been through anything like this before and I will forever remember the care and empathy shown by Kate in helping me to capture just how much I loved the person I am grieving for.
