Had a card this morning to say flowers had been delivered writing indecipherable. Contacted Florest unhelpful flowers hadn't even been delivered to a neighbour. Needless to say I've never seen the flowers nor know who their from. When I suggested refunding whoever ordered them the manager refused. Simply do not offer from them

Ordered a bouquet to be delivered took less than an hour fantastic bouquet very pleased will use this florist from now on highly recommended

Disappointed very poor in service less than a mile from my girlfriends home said in morning could you deliver didn't dieliver till late after noon .The shops less than mile from my house won't be using again paid £86 flowers £6 delivery rang 3 times in morning said you will miss here if not b4 12 clock thay couldn't of care less

Excellent service, friendly communication throughout the order process, timely delivery and...most importantly, a beautiful floral arrangement which was excellent value and freshly prepared.

The flowers were stunning but I felt the money I spent did not feel it was worth it.
