Good selection, well priced

My husband had ordered a bouquet of white lilies for delivery on my birthday. When they were delivered on the day, the lady delivering them explained that they didn’t have any white lilies in at the time so the bouquet was made up of yellow lilies, which were stunning, though a lot of them were already open.
A couple of days later, the same lady delivered another bouquet to me, at no extra cost to us, this time of white lilies, as they felt bad that they hadn’t fulfilled the original request and that they were aware that some of the yellow lilies may not last long.
I was more than happy with the first bouquet, but what a lovely gesture by them to give my the second one. What great customer service. Thank you so much for both bouquets and the lovely gesture.

Ordered real flowers for a wedding, they supplied artificial flowers, wow!!! then refused a refund when we requested one.
Please don't pay upfront without seeing what you are getting. Lessons learned.

I can not recommend these lovely ladies enough the went above and beyond at very short notice nothing was to much trouble and the the little extra touches they provided just made it even more special its just perfect

Great service and quality flowers. Jill messaged me a message soon after the order was placed with a picture of the bouquet; a very nice touch. The order was placed in the morning and delivered mid-afternoon. The flowers were deliverd in a friendly fashion and contact free. I'd have no qualms in using this company in the future.
