Bloomers

My family and I recently purchased some flowers from this shop for a very special occasion, we provided a picture that we had found online for them to go by. We all agree that they provided a fantastic display exactly as requested. The display consisted mainly of lilies, and they ensured that the majority were open with a few closed, so the fragrance and full impact of the display was enjoyed by all.

I admit the outside appearance of the shop was slightly worrying when we first went inside, but please do not let that put you off from ordering from here. They provided me and my family and excellent service and at a great price too.

We recently ordered some funeral floral tributes for a very special lady.
The service was impeccable from the friendly helpful lady who took our order over the phone and the finished tributes which Anne had thoughtfully and lovingly prepared for us. The colours were vibrant, the flowers fresh and beautifully arranged and the perfume of the lilies filled the church, just perfect. Excellent value too!

Absolutely amazing shop, just picked up pre made flower bouquet in a box, beautiful flowers, which really last. I come to Newtown especially for this shop. The ladies are so helpful and the gifts are amazing too !!! Thank you

My mother has purchased from them twice for me. First time was not what was expected. Mum requested Yellows and Oranges and we were instead sent pink, purple and green arrangement.
Mum wanted to give them another try. And this time they came through.
The arrangement is beautiful, and as requested with Autumnal colours.
Both times home delivered - on time no issues and came perfect.

We wanted to buy a birthday present and support local at the same time, so we visited Bloomers today and left so disappointed. Not only did they not have any fresh flowers, the staff didn't even attempt to greet us. We waited 5 minutes before someone finally bothered to stare in my direction with a quizzical look, not even bothering to say "hello" to acknowledge me, and eventually I was the one who said to one of the other staff members, "hello?" followed by asking whether there were any fresh flowers. Bear in mind there were at least 4 people behind the till. There was an alternative gift I could have chosen, but given the impression of a total lack of interest in customer service I took business elsewhere. Would not return.

Perfect flowers for Mother's Day , made my mum smile was exactly what I wanted , delivered with courtesy and great service even if I'm miles away!

Flowers delivered today from my daughter to her mother were exceptional thank you for your excellent service and quality of stock.
