The Flowerpot

I ordered some flowers from the Flower Pot in Pontyclun for my best friend who lives close by, I live in London now. The flowers got to her in 24 hours and she absolutely loved them, she sent me photos and they are exactly what they looked like online, I couldn’t be happier with the service. I also like that the card was hand written which was a nice touch that I couldn’t give in such a short space of time.

Vicky and the staff at The Flower Pot were terrific for our wedding! She was on time, professional, full of energy and made choosing our wedding flowers so much fun! They did an amazing job with setting everything up and made the whole process easy and stress-free for both of us (which we truly appreciate as we are from the US and got married in the UK). The flowers and the arrangements were gorgeous, and we would absolutely recommend this florist to anyone for any event!

I made an online order and paid an additional 10 Pounds for a vase, which did not arrive with the flowers. I tried calling, left voicemails and no response was given. I am very disappointed! However, I am mostly frustrated at the fact that no one at this business thought that returning my calls, or rectifying the problem was worth the effort. Buyer beware!

Used recently for a Mothers Day bouquet. Friendly, polite and very helpful when ordering. Order was delivered when they said it would be, and the bouquet was beautiful.

Bought flowers for my mother's 84th birthday.i was not happy with the standard of them. Informed the shop and they promised to send a replacement out. I have to say they are true to their word. Just recieved a outstanding bunch of flowers well done thank you👍👍👍👍👍

The flowers arrived on the 23rd February, my birthday There was a few small flowers past their best but there was a lot of buds. The reason why I'm a little disappointed is that the buds have died before they opened. The lily had 6 buds 3 have now opened and 3 haven't but it's now 6th March and the rest of the bouquet have died.
