Thank you to ‘Flowers by Kirsty’ helping us out with two absolutely beautiful flower arrangements for our church. After being left last minute without our usual florist, ‘Flowers by Kirsty’ willingly jumped in, fulfilling our specific requirements and produced two amazing flower arrangements with the Ukrainian national flower and blue and yellow flowers representing the colours of the Ukrainian flag. They did this within half an hour. Now that’s what a call good service. Thank you so much. Will definitely use you again. Xx

Ordered flowers online to be delivered to a friend. Nothing online about an area of where they deliver and it’s not as if I was ordering miles away, just down the road really. Order was accepted. No flowers delivered. They made no Contact with me and didn’t attempt to refund me only after i enquired did they advise they’d weren’t delivering and would process a refund. Who’s to say if I hadn’t asked what they’d have done with the nearly £50. Very disappointed.

Update… in reply you saying you’ve attempted to contact me. I have no emails from you. My phone number was also provided and I’ve not had a call. So I can’t say that you did try to contact me. I’ve used you many many times so no one is more disappointed than me.
