Arlene's Flowers

Called in here on Saturday to pick up something for Easter for my aunty, great selection of cut flowers and gifts. The lady was very helpful, polite in helping me choose. 5 star customer service.

My mother passed away on the 20th of August but when she was alive I always sent her flowers from Arlenes.She always loved bright colours and I could rely on them to pick the best.Now sadly as she has passed away I have picked Arlenes as I know they will do her proud.

Such a lovely, helpful lady. Her flowers and floristry designs are awesome. Will always go here for my flowers.

I received an absolutely beautiful bouquet
for my Birthday from my sister and her partner. Delivered in the morning so I could enjoy them for the whole day. They lasted well too. I would definitely use this florist next time I am ordering.

Rang at 11-30 to see if I could have a bouquet delivered same day. Was told yes no problem and it would be with recipient by 1-30. At 1-05pm had a phone call from my daughter to thank me for the beautiful flowers. She sent me photo , thank you Arlene they are beautiful as always. Excellent service from start to end.

They do not even deserve this one star. Flowers were ordered over a week ago for my father's funeral, for them not to be taken to the funeral directors in time. Instead we had to ring to chase them and my dad turned up to the house in the hearse with no flowers and we had to wait for the flowers to arrive. When the flowers did arrive, we had no appology. This is absolutely disgusting and has caused an understandable amount of upset for my entire family.
Arlene's has always been the go to florists, and we thought by going local we were doing the best by our family. Unbeenknown to us, they were taken over by new management a week ago. However they have have made a horrible event even worse. Avoid at all costs. I do not want anyone else to go through what we have!!!
