Very friendly and helpful when organising flowers for my Mums funeral. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I was so pleased to have my interflora Birthday flowers created by Charles Barrett again. I'm spoiled regularly by my husband with delivered flowers and the best are always from CB. 8 days after they were delivered they still look gorgeous . I follow the care instructions they give and the quality of the flowers mean they last ages. Thank you and well done !

Being our local florist, Barrett's is an extremely friendly and professional flower shop. So many beautiful floral creations on display at varying prices, that you're really spoilt for choice. But, there's always a lovely lady on hand to help you choose.

I had ordered an extra large 'Country garden' arrangement over the phone on 3rd Feb for collection on the following Friday.

When I turned up to collect the flowers I was surprised and disappointed to see that the flowers looked nothing like they were advertised on the Interflora website. The large headed pale pink roses had been replaced with tiny dark pink roses, the striking pink germini with a wishy washy peach version, the delicate lilac statice with a dark purple flower and the pink alstroemeria with a burgundy version.

I had no choice but to take them as I was on my way to meet the person they had been bought for, but I was very unhappy at having to pay £54 for something that looked very different from what I had ordered.

Now I’m not an unreasonable person, I get it that sometimes a substitute has to be made when a particular flower is out of season, however when 4 out of the 6 flowers had been substituted, the whole look of the arrangement is changed and it can no longer be said to be the same item.

If I had just turned up at the florist without notice and asked them to make me this arrangement, then again I would have not been miffed if they were missing a particular flower or 2.

But I do have a problem with placing an order 5 days in advance, not being asked if I minded receiving something completely different, and then being given something completely different AND CHARGED THE SAME!

I tried emailing and then writing to Charles Barrett but they haven't even bothered responding.

Ever since I have been a school girl I have always used Charles Barrett for my flowers.

They never ever fail me I have used all sorts of florists in my time (when I was living in Bristol and now that I’m near Manchester) none can compete with Charles Barrett seriously.

I personally ask for mine to have some diamonties put in if they are available. For the the price you pay you always get a stunning bouquet.

The flowers I have ordered over the course of a decade have never ever disappointed me they are always dainty and elegant in form. Cleary the ladies at Charles Barrett are extremely skillful and never ever fail to create a magical looking bouquet!

They also did my buttonholes for my wedding I didn’t have a bouquet in the end as had a pouch instead but even the button holes were so bright and mesmerising.

They have Never failed in providing a stunning display of flowers no matter what the price you pay they put equal amount of effort with every order no doubt.
The fragrance of the flowers is always incredible as soon as i bring then into the room they look and smell beautiful for minimum 5 days.

The ladies always manage to produce an effect that is better than what you imagine which points to the true talent! The colours are always perfect.

Always so grateful that they pick out such beautiful fresh flowers HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💚💛💙

Ps delivery service is also phenomenal.

I was very optimistic with the flowers from looking on your website, they were bought to say thank you to a family member helping my father to go see a doctor, that family member was very please with them, as you probably would being on the receiving end.. I wasn't after seeing the picture of the flowers!, for the amount I paid, they look tiny and pretty much what you would buy from a supermarket. I would never buy them online again from you if I had too, I'd only do it in person to make sure I get what I paid for. (£52 delivered!!)

The staff were helpful and so lovely, the flowers absolutley amazing just how my momma wanted them! Highly recommend ❤️

Having ordered flowers for wedding anniversary telephoned on day to find out time of delivery and the lady that answered my questions was very helpful and informative . the way i was dealt with by Charles Barrett Florists was first class and the floral bouquet can not be faulted.
