City Flowers

The funeral flowers for my grandfather were so appalling I cried when I saw them. A tiny wreath of half dead white carnations that had mostly turned brown. I had paid £50 and chosen from a catalogue of beautiful designs. I received something that resembled the photo in no way. When I called to complain I had to wait for a call back from the owner for several days. He shouted at me through the entire conversation and initially refused a refund saying 'why should I pay for your grandfather's flowers??'. I felt so angry at this comment that I called again the following day. This time he begrudgingly agreed to refund half the money. When I collected this at the shop there was in fact £30 there. This was never about the money on my part but I did appreciate the gesture. There was no apology and I was shocked at the terrible attitude of the owner Strongly recommend that people do not use this florist.

Did a last minute order this morning and they couldn’t have been more helpful on the phone. Flowers arrived to my sister within a couple of hours and they are absolutely beautiful. Thank you very much for all your help.
