I rang up today to order flowers for my mother-in-law as my husband is disabled . I am a florist myself which I informed the person .The first question she asked me was "How much do you want to spend " Not who is it going to .Then I asked about flowers she then put me onto Sue who we then were going through the flower choice when she put the phone down.I rang back it just rang .
Then I phoned back and asked if we got cut off ,she said "No we are very busy". She then said she couldn't be fussed with the order and she did not want to do the order and put the phone down on me . Nice! customer skills and customer service 1/10 for there interaction with customer.They seem more concerned about how much you spend and not what is in the bouquet.
