During these uncertain times, I can not thank you enough. I ordered flowers over the phone and within the hour they were delivered to my mum. Very professional customer service on the phone and advised by my mum all very polite and professional on delivery. Flowers look fabulous. Will recommend and use again.

Very friendly on the phone and delivery came when they said it would but the product didn’t come looking like the photo which is disappointing considering it cost £30. Bunch of flowers in the shop for £10 look a lot nicer in a vase. Also asked them to put a note in for my partner to read and when they arrived, her name was spelt wrong although I spelt it to them over phone and there was no note, just her name(ish) and address. Lovely and punctual customer service but everything else very very poor, not worth money.

We ordered a casket spray of roses and freesias. They were magnificent. Brightened up a sad day. Bay tree offered a wonderful service and punctual delivery. Thank you for making a difficult time easier.

flowers ordered did not arrive..despite a phone call notifying the shop.only to be told they had been delivered at 9.15am. the spoiling the surprise and told they had not arrived so e mailed the shop to cancel the card..then the shop admitted the driver delivered to the wrong address and a new bouquet would be delivered and a box of chocolates to apologise for the error.....the surprise bouquet did arrive a day late but no chocolates,,same driver no doubt.

Lovely flowers from here. Friends of the family own this shop so we always have amazing customer service. Would recommend them

I ordered flowers from eflorist yesterday and was told they were coming from a local florist in Swansea, Baytree Florists. I ordered them for same day delivery and I couldn't be happier! I was ordering from Scotland for my Grandma in Wales and there were no issues - speedy delivery, I got a text to say the flowers had left the florists and they are just stunning!

A lovely mix of flowers, some are in full bloom and others are still buds ready to bloom so they'll hopefully last a while.

I had asked for a birthday themed card and had just expected one of those small florists cards but they put in a full sized Grandma birthday card - very thoughtful and my Grandma was chuffed! Next time I'll be going straight to Baytree Florists for my order!

This is my favourite florist by far. They prepared an absolutely beautiful flower for my father's funeral at short notice. I was so impressed by their arrangement and range of flowers used!
May we use Bay Tree florists for a much happier occasion in future!

To celebrate my recent birthday, my son presented me with an amazing bouquet of flowers. Bought at Bay Tree Florists, Sketty Park, Swansea. I can't begin to say how wonderful these autumnal flowers were. My birthday was 14 days ago, but only yesterday did I need to remove some of the 'not so fresh ones. The remainder are now in a vase, and show no signs of 'giving up the ghost'
