I'm not local but needed flowers to be sent in the Gorseinon area. I found this florist on Google. It was a last minute order for same day delivery on a Saturday. The lady I spoke to was so helpful. Unfortunately I gave an incorrect address but they rang me straight away to let me know and delivered to the correct address. That is customer service for you. Thank you.

We ordered an arrangement to be delivered to family living in Tycroes, we were unable to collect and deliver ourselves as we live in Scotland. We were really pleased with the speed in which this request was actioned, indeed when I sent a query over on Facebook messenger at the weekend, I did not expect a response from the company until Monday, as it was they responded straight away which resulted in my being able to order on line and for the flowers to be delivered in a certain time frame that I could guarantee that the family member would be at home. It was a lovely white and blue arrangement for a new born baby with the added touch of some sea holly to give a touch of Scotland. Thanks so much for an excellent service!
