Felicity and Hearts and flowers did my wedding flowers, they were beautiful we had blue Hydrangeas as the theme of our wedding and the bride and bridesmaids bouquets had these which matched the bridesmaids dresses perfectly although I had only shown Felicity a snippet of the bridesmaids material. The bridal bouquet was really fantastic it looked great from any angle, even if I wasn't holding it straight or the picture was from the side. The best man, groom and my son who was giving me away had ivory roses and blue hydrangea like miniature works of art. I can't thank them enough I would highly recommend them for service excellence in their craft.

I emailed the florist (Natalie ) as I wanted a specific time for the flowers to be delivered, a six hour slot for when my partner was in work. All was agreed and told that they would be delivered within the 6 hour time slot, this was all agreed 2 weeks before the date. They turned up 2 hours early so the grand gesture seemed ruined and to top it all off the flowers were nice however a few looked a bit brown and don't think they are going to last more than a couple of days!!! Really dissapointed and wish she could have been honest about delivery times. For the price other florists can do better.

I have used Hearts and flowers for several years and been very satisfied. However when I recently purchased a bouquet for my wifes birthday I was a little dissapointed. All instructions were followed carefully but the flowers had to be returned after just 2 days because they were dropping and wilting, the bouquet was presented very well but the flowers were not fresh. The flowers have since been replaced.

Lovely people. Made us a lush Christmas wreath for our front door last year and will be getting another one this Christmas too.

Hearts and flowers created the most amazing casket spray for my fathers funeral. We asked for a Scottish theme with thistles and Heather and what they created exceeded our expectations. Everyone commented on how lovely the display was. I can’t recommend them enough
