Ordered a Terrarium in Hourglass vase as an anniversary gift for my partner.
It was delivered a couple of days late missing the anniversary and they sent the wrong one!
I emailed the customer support team letting them know the issue i had but they did not respond.

I highly recommend you find somewhere else to get your flowers from. I ordered 2 mother's day bunches at £30 each, the size when they arrived was ridiculously small & one bunch was already dead on arrival! I have tried to contact them regarding my issue but nobody has bothered to get back to me.

I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day weeks back and was informed the night before via email that they would not be delivered due to issues with DPD in my area. Searched on DPD, and there were no known issues for delivery in my local area. Provided this feedback to flowers and plants Co and then they admitted that the issue was as their end. Fortunately I managed to find some alternative flowers from my local florist on the morning of Mother’s Day.

I was also told I’d be issued with a refund immediately… 9 days later and with me having to chase it up it has finally been issued! I do not recommend this company.

Do not recommend this company. I ordered a weeks ago for mother's day flower. I selected morning delivery and it never arrived. I called the customers service and they said there is a delay due to the number of order. It is however, not my fault. It is now 5 oclock and it still not arriving. So I called the customer service again but they hang up my calls twice!!

I would like to say Thank you to the blond guy who was working today. He gave me very good advice about what to order for my wedding. I definitely recommend him. This is more then excellent service.

Arrived a day late for a special occasion. Obvious water damage signs on the box that the flowers have been stored upside down, hence no water in flower cellophane. Causing the flowers to brown. Stems are cut really short, for eg, it's for a bridal bouquet, so do not expect to place in a tall or medium vase and make an arrangement. For the price this is appauling service

Paid extra for a morning delivery which arrived in the afternoon by which time I wasn't home. No note left through the letterbox, no email, no voice mail and no attempt to re - deliver. They did not contact me for a week and I had to chace them for a refund. They took a week to respond and said that a refund would be issued in 3-5 working days. 15 days passed with no refund so emailed again and then they said they hadn't even started the refund process so took about 5 days after that to finally get a refund. Will not be using again.

Disastrous flower bouquet !

To whom it may concern,

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the flower bouquet that I had received on 22/03/2021.
In 22/03 was my birthday and for the occasion my partner surprised me with a wonderful bouquet from your shop. The order was placed from Italy where he’s staying at the moment. I was delighted cause I love flowers and especially on my birthday.

The bouquet was wonderful the first and second day but unfortunately it did not last very long. The third day the bouquet stated fading, changing colour and the roses stated falling off from the branches as they were started rotten. As you can see on picture that will be provided. Basically the I kept the bouquet for less than 5 days because it completely rotten
The reasons for me being outraged are following :

1- The extreme high cost of the bouquet ( €127)
2. Wrong item description that misled us ( it was described as a large Lila shaded bouquet and came out to be small/medium size and rotten orange shade)
3. Bad quality flowers that go out of date after 3/5 days.
To be honest with you that the first time in my life that I experienced a bouquet that does not last ! Usually I can keep a bouquet up to 3/4 weeks depending on the quality.

Please understand my disappointment
