I ordered a small flower basket for delivery. Unfortunately the recipient wasn't home. The lovely delivery driver called me as requested and we agreed a safe hiding place. Great service and happy to recommend, I'm most grateful!

Very pleased with the service and overall flowers from Belle De Jour! The lady on the phone was very helpful, polite and went out of her way to accommodate my needs! I asked if they could be delivered after 4pm as my wife was working until 3pm, the driver arrived early, yet was kindly waiting outside for my wife to arrive. Great service. Flowers were lovely. I would definitely recommend.

A truly excellent service to find the right bouquet for the ex-patriot parents of a new baby. The feedback from the recipients was the flowers were beautiful and even though it was a rainy weekend the flowers brought sunshine! You don't get this kind of service or quality from the nationals. My size 6 daughter was insulted and fat shamed whilst buying daffodils and Easter egg chocolates as a gift for her granny, she was told by the owner that a girl like her should have dark chocolate and not milk chocolate, when I discussed it with her she said it was a joke and that she should get over herself! Completely unnecessary we won’t be returning! Imagine people with weight issues trying to accept this comment her comment as a joke.

I’ve been lucky enough to know the wonder Belle De Jour team for a while now! When we booked to get married we couldn’t think of anyone more perfect to do the flowers on the day as we were not wrong! Simply some of the most beautiful arrangements we and most of our guests had seen with everyone commenting how amazing they looked! The level of effort and commitment put in can not be rivalled! 100% recommend and love Belle De Jour!

Beautiful flowers and great customer service - I've ordered two bouquets for delivery within the space of one week. The recipient of the first bouquet sent me a pic and stated they were the best flowers she's ever had! Highly recommend! (2nd bouquet is being delivered today)

I used Belle de Jour last year - the recipient was delighted with the flowers and the politeness of the delivery person. Having previously had a good experience I decided to use them again. The ordering process was straightforward and I was impressed that I could select a delivery time.

The flowers were not delivered and after three messages were left I spoke with Tim who was very apologetic. It appeared that a glitch on the system had shown the order as for collection yet a delivery charge was applied. He accepted the fault was his system's as I had included a delivery address and offered me a refund which I gladly accepted.

I have just received a call from a 'lady' who advised this situation was my own fault and her team had been very upset as a mistake had been made. She hung up on me. I called her back as at that point only the delivery charge had been refunded. The balance was refunded after my call. The lady accused me of 'being weird and talking over her' and was extremely defensive. The lady needs to learn the fundamentals of good customer care if her business is to succeed. If she is a good florist she needs to stick to talking to the flowers and let someone else do the customer contact.

Won't ever use this florist again. Owner was rude and wouldn't let me get a word in. Suggested, I had not looked after the flowers. I offered to send photos of the flowers after id had them for 2 days ( had to bin them) but she said no. She offered another bouquet, should have been delivered today its 5.10 pm still no flowers, tryed ringing its just a answer service. I've left a message and as yet no phone call. Very unhappy customer for £52.00. Which my daughter spent on the original flowers. Dont use them.

Still waiting for flowers that were to be sent today as I complained about the first delivery. A day late, flowers died after 3 days.
