John Louie Daniel from Deliveroo - poorest custer service standards ever! Tells you to stay on chat then does not respond. waited over 30 minutes with no response - dispicable. The driver Gabriel, stole my food and reported it as delivered!!! No comensation from Deliveroo. Worst service ever received from Deliveroo staff and riders.

Ordered from this site on multiple occasions. Each restaurant I've eaten from has been great. Some issues with riders not finding my address, but that's hardly the restaurants fault, so why others are giving a restaurant a 1 star because of the rider is stupid. Customer services have been really good, and when I've had an issue, have always refunded me.

Awful company. Keep refusing to help us with orders when not delivered or have missing items. Worst reviews I've ever seen some offices have average one star reviews. I've only ever seen this before from scam companies that run illegal operations.

Do not use deliveroo! Can’t rely on anything provided by them, the primary dispute being charging customer incorrect amount!

The customer is so poor, they do not care on any point! nothing related to delivery people but the way they handle a complaint is very poor.
They can’t offer me compensation because of their mistake and fault and I pass like a fool on front of my own customer.
Very light customer service that do not care and wipe me on the side saying that’s the only thing they do and will do better next time. There will be no next time!!!

Terrible customer service. My order came partial and Deliveroo didn’t refund money back. Not only I lost money, I couldn’t enjoy the rest of food. Don’t order from Deliveroo, if restaurant makes mistakes Deliveroo isn’t take responsibility and will give you a bad experience.

I ordered burgers and flies from the Winner of the best burger in the UK 2020, which is known as Bleecker Burger, for £30. They’re completely different from what I saw on the website and burgers and fries are very soggy and overly salty. Not gonna order from them anymore.
