Alex came and worked on my Grandad’s feet and toenails a few days ago, and on my Nana’s feet today. Grandad has late stage dementia and he moved into a care home yesterday, so we wanted to make sure he would be as comfortable as possible for his settling in period. His toenails weren’t in a great condition so we called in Alex. Professional isn’t even the word for him. Very kind, funny and empathetic. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he did a fantastic job of trimming down some very thick and overgrown toenails! For the job he did along with the advice he gave and his great personality, the £30 we paid him was money VERY well spent. A far better option than NHS wait times and uncertainty. Having spoken to my Nana over the phone today, she said Alex did a great job on her feet as well. Thank you!
