Stanway Rovers FC

A great ground with very friendly staff in the clubhouse. Very nice food from the snack bar. Easy to locate the ground.

Went to Stanway rovers for the first time in years and was told it’s under a new Landlord called Barry King. Well I was only in there for 5 minutes and had to leave because this Landlord is an absolute disgrace of a human being let alone a landlord. He (Barry) was so horrible that I wanted to confront him about his behaviour but j was at a wake and the last thing I wanted is for it to kick off so I thought it best to leave. But I did ring Mr Barry King and told him exactly what I thought if his landlord and people skills tbh they were non existent and if I myself was running a pub establishment I would try my hardest to be nice and polite to make sure costumers come back but he was just pure horrible and humiliating. Well I won’t never be going back to such a horrible social club in Stanway rovers if your thinking of going there think again and spend your money somewhere else.

Went to the charity football game ' 'Hope for Grace'. Very pleasant experience. Good game and the Club made us very welcome.

Lovely club nice and open, staff really friendly. Plenty of parking spaces, great if you want to hire it for a venue.

Decent venue with bar, dance floor and toilets. Outdoor area.

My first time there today. Social club alongside pitch and very popular with members. Will def join as although match ended 0-0 it was entertaining .
Looked a well organised sports and social club with helpful staff.

Good bar good ale, small car park, programme £1.50, £7 entry fee, burger bar. Lots of undercover around the ground. Approx 50 seater stand, grass pitch, nice club friendly staff
