Westwood Park

This place has the obligatory fun stuff, swings, climbing structures, exercise equipment, tennis courts and a mini football pitch. If the local football team are not playing there's also the cricket team you can watch also. The open fields are fun to fly kites walk dogs and whatever you feel to do, there's cattle at the end of field so you can watch them graze or walk along the path in-between. If that's not enough you have the woods where you can cycle, walk dogs, jog or take the kids and tell spooky stories. Honest it's a fun thing to do.

Large park (≈4 football pitches in size) right next to a woods so fantastic for dog walkers. Good playground for young kids. 3 tennis courts fairly well kept astro. The tennis courts are now paid. £3 per hour.

Very busy car park full 55 cars and very muddy what else can you do on a Sunday in lockdown go to the park

A nice open space with woodland to one side of the park. It is used by all ages making use of all the facilities on offer. It does have a portaloo placed behind the children's play area, however I feel the toileting facilities lacking, hence four stars instead of five.

A lovely play park for all ages up to 12 . Good variety of equipment . Also playibg fields, woodland and tennis courts accessible from the carpark . We'll worth a visit . Toilets generally not available although there is a portaloo available at present .

Great place to take kids, dogs .large play area for kids all fenced in . Large woods to explore ( would recommend wellies when wet), great for picnic in the summer . Easy to get to ,large parking area , I would highly recommend.

Good park that has tennis courts, enclosed 5 aside football pitch, play area with rides for younger kids, full size football pitch and forest which is great for walking and off road cycling.
