Absolute time wasters, spent 3 hours in traffic to come to see van they posted on autotrader, spoke to them 3 times during day, they confirmed that they still have the vehicle and they waiting for me to come. Once I came, they said that van just gone (still posted on autotrader two days later) and they can offer me another one, just 13k more expensive! 👍🏻 Worst experience with dealer I ever had! Can’t believe in such a good review rate on Google!

Dropped husband off to pick up a problem with his motability vehicle. was sorted out really quickly. considering the queue it went down really quickly as its one in and one out.

First class customer service when I bought my Ford Fiesta from Gates of St Albans last week. Special thanks to Neil who did a great job talking me through the options available and the functions of the car I chose. Also got a good price on my trade in!

Poor service. Pleasantly greeted on arrival however the rep could not have been less interested or helpful. We attended with 2 cars looking to sell on. Both are recent models Ford's and should have been straightforward. The rep put number plate details in and gave a very low rough price. No inspection or effort to proceed was made. No offer to sell a new vehicle. Might as well have gone straight to webuyanycar...... Considering it was a quiet 3pm on a Friday with no other customers to serve I can't understand why anyone would waste there time here.

Took my Fiesta here for its MOT + service recently. It was my first time using this branch (I used the PB branch before it closed), but I was impressed by the service and would happily recommend it.

Still after over a week of collecting a second hand fiesta the issues are still not resolved with sales manager no calls no emails, pani who sold it was great,after that all gone down hill, im sure the car hadn't been checked correctly as im a garage owner my self.just spoken to Declan who sorted my concerns and agreed for me to sort the concerns and gates to pay thanks Pani/Declan appreciate the help.

It is a bit further than i wanted to go and get my car serviced.
But they are a professional company.
and they show you any problems with your car via phone
and suggest any solutions to put your car correct.
