Great customer service. Very friendly and informative. Got booked in straight away. Got offered drinks while waiting. Got informed I had a broken spring and that they had one in stock and they could fit it straight away. They said it would take about an hour. An hour later everything was completed, service done and now passed the mot, very efficient. Had already received the health check video that explained everything. Would definately recommend.

Used Ford's collect & delivery service. Car was collected on the time they advised by a very friendly driver. I told him of a couple of things I wished the service would look at. These were resolved and my car was returned in the afternoon. Service completed and car washed & cleaned. Very satisfied & happy with the whole outcome.
