Absolutely fantastic service department and people, really helpful and lovely. Took my ST for a service there, then encountered issues from previous owner, in a nutshell , Jane and Shannon were so nice and helpful every step of the way and the technician Vince whom looked after my car was brilliant taking time to talk to me and explain everything. Will happily be taking my car back there every time.

Fantastic service! Were able to fit us in immediately when our car had a serious issue, kept us informed throughout the diagnostic process, finished the work ahead of schedule, and really friendly and helpful throughout. Jane was brilliant. This garage isn't our closest, but we'll be using them again

My Focus broke down and Trust Ford Byfleet were extremely accommodating. They took the car in, kept me well informed about the parts required and subsequent delivery from Germany, then fixed the car within a day of the part arriving.
Really pleased with the service received, especially Jane, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to help

Service normally excellent but today disappointing. Car was in for summer check up & I had also advised in advance a problem with central locking.
As well as handing over a written note describing problem when depositing the key I also demonstrated problem on forecourt to the chap who booked me in.
When i collected car I was assured all was well. I believed the assurance but when i got home I found problem still there.

Shannon on front desk ensures this gets a 5 star. Always been superb for us and a great garage but this front of office is so important to a customer's perception and so well done to Shannon and the TrustFord team byfleet
