Anthony Motors - Ford

My Galaxy reported an engine fault en-route to Wales for holiday. I called and booked a diagnostic check as we were visiting Aberystwyth for the day. The service team did a great job in identifying and resolving the problem (turbo actuator had seized). The diagnostic was significantly cheaper than a Ford garage in Swansea. The service team also repaired, with no notice, the windscreen wiper that had failed the day before in torrential rain. Thanks to all for an exceptional service and in particular to Mike who delivered a great customer experience.

Didn't help me at all attitude was terrible

On the 7th of april they sent me away with a faulty car .
My car was booked for a recall, they took 2 hours to say it needed doing but didn't have the bolts in , it's a recall they should have been ordered ready.

I could not wait and was told I could book back in when they had the bolts. In the 5 minutes it took the chap to get my keys he told me they had checked the specs and it was no longer needed.

The recall did indeed need doing as I booked into a different garage I voiced my concern to the chap at anthony motors to no avail, i was told it did not need doing . Leominster motors booked me straight in and sorted the recall promptly.

This is one of the best Ford dealers in this part of Wales. Great after sales and friendly, knowledgable staff. The place to go for a new Ford.

Friendly staff , service completed without any issues, and car washed before collection 5star 👍
