What a terrible place? It's like being back in Ukraine. I encountered an impolite woman who was unresponsive to my "good afternoon" greeting. I didn't like either of the pictures she took of me and requested for another to be taken. She denied my request and told me that I'd need to go the back of the queue. The whole experience was disheartening and embarrassing. There was no effort to accommodate me as a paying customer. I maintained a respectful manner and was disregarded. The embassy is meant to be the beacon and positive representation for Ukraine. Instead it shows the country in a bad light thanks to poor customer service. I hope in the future there'd be a positive change of staff.

False information given leading to my partner travelling an hour into London to be told they don't have her passport. Useless doesn't begin to describe them.

Big improvements over my last visit in 2017. Called at 09:10 to enquire about notarising a signature. Got an exhaustive answer, arrived to Consulate at 10:05, left at 10:30 with notarised document. Really impressive!

Outrageous establishment. Could not vote in Presidential and Parliamentary elections this year, in order to renew passport it takes them more than 2 month - doing nothing pretty much, very sloppy and unprofessional service....

I visited the Consulate 8 times in 2018. I have found the Consulate very good and they have treated me with 100% respect as a non Ukrainian national.

Had a few questions about travelling during these covid times, so emailed the Consulate. They replied in less than 30 mins (!), with an extensive and satisfying answer. Also, positive experience from previous visits.
To all (potential) negative commentators- prepare your visit, paperwork etc. Some people expect all the Consulate staff will instantly drop whatever they do and rush to solve every acquired problem only for those people.
