We've just received delivery of a Still R50-15 thanks to this company. From the initial enquiry to delivery this company as been faultless and highly professional. This purchase is a massive investment for our company and The Forklift Company made it a painless exercise. All on hand to provide expert advise on choosing the right equipment for the usage in our warehouse. I would highly recommend them.

We purchased a forklift truck from the forklift company for our steel doors business over a year ago. I have to say that I have been extremely impressed with the helpful and prompt service I received and the truck hasn't wanted for anything. I can highly recommend dealing with these guys!

I had a poor experience with this company, however they have subsequently apologised for their mistakes in handling what should have been a straightforward sale. It has taken a year to get an apology from them, but it did come eventually after I reviewed them here.

Therefore I have removed my original review and revised my rating upwards. I would hope that my experience with this company is an isolated incident that they would learn from and use to ensure it could not happen again.

Midland Hydraulics purchased the forklift to replace our worn out kalmar truck, The Forklift company's staff we're friendly, professional and very knowledgable through out the sales process and sorted a truck exactly to our requirements.
The forklift was delivered on time, looking as new and has run problem free ever since.

Purchased my first forklift from them. I needed it asap. Picked one with help of FLC team. Unfortunately had to wait few months before my machine would arrive (which is fair enough). FLC provided courtesy machine very promptly which I used to the day I've finally received the forklift I had ordered. All this time I was waiting I would be getting calls with updates on the process which I appreciated greatly. Great team, fair prices and excellent service - I'm getting another one soon and I know where from already. Thank you.
