I have thought long and hard about leaving this review, as i know it can cause damage however this is totally justifed.

We had a problem with our forklift so we called these guys out, turns out its a faulty cell and one needed replacing, no problem. We had an invoice for over £700+vat they claim they were on site for a full 8 hours at £45/hr. Our CCTV showed them on our site for a total of 2hrs 37mins, I rang and explained that fact and if they wish they can see our CCTV and to send the correct the invoice.

Next thing we know two fully grown men turn up at our yard to totally intimidate my (on her own) 18 year old daughter, whilst walking around inside my yard threatening me over the phone with what they are going to take from my yard, as apparently he read my email and didnt like my tone by tone I can only assume he didn’t like what I wrote and the fact that I was disputing the invoice.

I was extremly close to phoning the Police, after I told them that they were trespasing they parked up outside for some time.

Not only that, the forklift wasn’t even repaired, they changed one battery and clearly did no testing of the charger or batteries. After I tried charging the forklift over night it was still flat.
We had to call out another forklift company to repair it properly. Turns out it was the charger.

I would never recommend a company who goes about their business in this manner!
