Great little shop for suit hire and shoe hire. We visited this on a Saturday but did have to book a visit to look at the suits for a wedding. Well worth the time as they did a great job on showing the Groom to be a selection of suits.

On visiting other places in Cardiff the other placed was quite a let down in comparison!

I went to this shop with my friend looking to either rent or buy a suit for our prom, the man that walked in before us was served politely and was given the advice and help he asked for, we didn't get that, we asked for advice and were given a brocher and practically an invitation out the door. Even as younger people we should still be given the same respect and service as other customers, as a business you should treat your customers with respect and at the very least have the common decency to show them round the store or answer small questions the customers have.
We were offered none of the above, I would like to congratulate you on loosing two possible customers we will takes our business where it's wanted.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I went in to be measured up for a hire suit around 2 weeks ago for a wedding that was 4 weeks away. I was told by Dawn that I would hear from her the next time I will need to come in, I offered to pay in full but Dawn stated there was no need. I have not heard anything from them and luckily I rang and then apparently there is no recollection of me going in at all. I would avoid this place, also the gent that answers the phone was not apologetic or helpful at all. So unprofessional.

Brilliant service with competitive prices! They go above and beyond to help out my dad has curvature of the spine and has one leg shorter than the other and they managed to get his trousers perfect on each leg. I would definitely recommend using Daffyds menswear. Thank you for a great service!

I rented 3 suits here for my groomsmen. I paid £420 in total. The suits were issued a few days before the wedding. Now considering the money paid you would think at least some quality would be involved. However on the wedding day one of my groomsmen complained of his trousers literally splitting in-between his legs. Laughable at the time but in hignsight disgusting that the trousers were issued in that state. Another groomsmen complained of his buttons falling off his blazer. After charging me so much for this poor quality clothing it shows what this shop is about. Go further a field if you want better quality clothing for your big day and avoid these crooks.

Brilliant hired a suit from here for the granddaughters wedding extremely friendly and very pleasant staff I'm a big lad but they've got me sorted very reasonably priced too because I needed to hire it for a fortnight as we were going out of the country. If you don't want to buy a suit this is the place to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND....

First time looking at suits and the man showing me around around seemed to be irritated that I'd even come in at all from the word go. They tried to say '1 suit fitting only because of covid' and when pointed out that to try another I'd have to make another appointment it became clear this rule was in place for theeir convenience and customer inconvenience. As they have to wash them each time, if I'm going to spend £200+ I want to try it on before I buy it! Would've bought the suit I liked on the day but it is my backup option due to the poor service.

Great place to hire and purchase wedding attire. Staff attention to detail was excellent, really put me at ease. Hired a beautiful 3 piece suit, very happy. Would recommend to anyone.
