Octavia Foundation

I tried on a few things in the fitting room and was accused of shoplifting by the cashier when going to pay for my chosen items. There was a spare hanger in the fitting room that was probably left by someone else before me, but she thought I'd taken something off the hanger and put it in my bag. She had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to have a look at the shoes after protesting my innocence. Disgraceful!

Just popped into the Ealing store.
Staff really welcoming and friendly, lots of choice.
The store is easy to shop and found a lovely Hobbs cotton top for £8
Bargain!!!

Lots of clothes but no sizes on the hangers. Lots of shoes. Prices are fair. Assistant does not greet you though.
