Car park (Cricket Club)

There are numerous worn areas of grass on the Common along Cholesbury Lane between the Cricket club and the Full Moon PH which cars park on, but only this one comes close to being a proper carpark. It has numerous uses, typically for the village Cricket Club, the post box, the Parish Council notice board, the two bus stops, the oddly placed BT phone box across the road and for general use of the Common.

This is a great starting point for many good walks in this area of the Chilterns. Be warned that the car park is very popular and there is significant roadside parking. The car park itself is in poor condition with many deep puddles and the roadside parking is causing damage to the green.
