Lovely well maintained park with play areas, gym equipment outdoors, a lovely lake with plenty of wildlife and a smashing tea house. Oh and free parking too.

Harrow Lodge Car Park off Warren Drive is one of the 3 car parks available for vehicle access to the largest urban park in Havering with over 130 acres of diverse landscapes. Location of the car parks are placed very strategically providing optimum access to the key features of the park. Very conveniently, all the car parks are free of charge.
There are many informal access through footpath, and alleyways across the Harrow Lodge Park.
This car park is best for the Harrow Lodge Park Lakes, Ravensbourne River Stream, Woodlands, Conservation Area, Lakeview Palace Cafe, and Trim Trail! There is a Mini-recycling Site available in the corner of the car park.
Other two car parks are located off Hornchurch Road and off Upper Rainham Road. Hornchurch Road Car Park has recently been redeveloped and it is now the largest car park out of 3. Surface is newly done and is a mixture of Asphalt, Concrete and Brick Blocks. It is very well-lit! There are dedicated Blue Badge Only Parking Bays, Electric Charging Points and Recycling Bins available at this car park. This car park is the closest vehicle access to the Sports Centre Play Area, 2nd Skate Park, Multiuse Sports Area, Harrow Lodge Leisure Centre, Hornchurch Cricket Club, Havering Mind, Garden for the Blind, Exercise Circuit, Parkour Spot and Ravensbourne River Stream.
Smallest of all is the Upper Rainham Road Car Park. The Car Park is nearest vehicle access to Harrow Lodge Park Play Area, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Elm Park & Hornchurch Bowling Club, and Football Pitches! It is a slope and made of Asphalt!
Harrow Lodge Park is much-loved by all of any ages & abilities and is always full of very friendly people! Always be ready for muddy puddles at rainy weather - wellies are strongly recommended!

We have used this often, this time the car park was half empty. The cafe close by is very good.

Free parking, close access to park. Don't be put off by "mini recycling" sign... It is there, but it's also a regular car park

Free car park and the location is the closest to the lake and the cafe. The entrance to the car park is narrow and located off a residential road. So driving slowly and caution is advised. I didnt notice any security cameras so car are left at ur own risk. Its fairly spaced out if fellow drivers park with consideration of others. U will find most of the swans in this area as we counted over 25 lol not including the ducks and coots. From this entrance it's about a 10min walk to the playground and tennis court. It's clean and well maintained.

I've been to this park briefly before, but this time I met up with My Brother in Law, Mum N Aunt for lunch in the cafe.. Never even knew there was a cafe there... I'd highly recommend going to the cafe, they allow dogs on leads(which was handy, coz it was fooking freezing on the day I went)... The cafe is beautiful, large seating areas, loads of dogs (which makes Happy customers) which makes happy Cafe owners.... The cafe is order at till, and the food is brought over, the staff are very friendly, I highly recommend this cafe😁💖😁💖😁
