The car park is free of charge and the location is a premium. Close to many walking routes and only 5 min walk from outstanding view of the local valley. Recommended for family walks, dogs on and off the leash and romantic viewing together.

This is just a little piece of tarmac to park your car. Nothing exquisite about the car park - it's not even very leveled and on the busy days becomes well over crowded. There are also recycling bins available. But it is not about the car park. It's about little yet beautiful forest lying just next to the car park and a wonderful country side and amazing views. A wonderful place to visit with your family for a great healthy walk. Just remember, if you take a dog with you, remember to clean up after it, because it is not very nice, when your kid walks in the dog poo.

Loved it particularly because Nat's Kitchen was there. Fabulous hot dog I ate good quality sausage and fried onions, in a very fresh roll. Good value for money.

Essential CP for some of the best walks in Surrey but completely mobbed by bloody runners on Saturday morning who think they own the place. Zero consideration for anyone else. Otherwise some dammed annoying speed humps but it is a tarmacadam surface I suppose

I really rate this car park, it's perfect for Banstead Woods, we've been parking there for years and it is perfect, just a shame that in the past year its become so busy that you cannot park there at times which is always annoying. Wish the refreshment truck would go too as it is not needed! Especially with the generator pumping our fumes attracting the crowd's! Would've been a 5 hands down just a shame about the refreshment truck

A very popular car park for Banstead Woods. The ground is rough and uneven, but you can't complain, as it's free parking. A big downside with this carpark is it has recycling bins installed that are always full and overflowing. Rubbish is therefore blown into the carpark, the adjacent field, the grass verge and, dangerously, into the road. The local council seem to be unable to keep on top of this problem, that has been on-going for many years.

It's a great free carpark for Banstead woods, it has a good can there that appears send to be busy. It does get very full by noon even on days where the weather isn't that great, so do get there early.
