Free but small.

Free car park. Convenient for access to the local businesses and park. Not very big. Would fill up if busy.
Access to the park wasn't clearly sign posted. Main route, which was big gate and most obvious was locked (to prevent vehicles from accessing area) had to double back to find entrance to the footpath that led to the park.
A sign post would solve this issue.

Nice car park not too busy on a Sunday in late November when I visited. Only a short walk to the paid parking area that has a shortcut to the town centre. Well worth driving the extra 2 minutes to save £5+ if staying more than 4 hours in Conwy.

I park here often so that i can use my Brompton to cycle in to Llandudno. I live 5 miles away in the Conwy Valley and try to be as environmentally conscious as possible. Parking here for free helps me save 12 miles of driving into town so it's an important little parking space for me. Opposite a nice fish and chip shop, and children's park.
