A bundle of chancers, failing to even trace my parcel with their own reference number they gave us. Have been waiting for my package since Jan till today. First and last to use them. They are just a confused team, with no process or what's so ever.

I sent a parcel by air freight was told it will arive in 2 weeks in Bulawayo 4 weeks and 5 days later its still not arrived only to be told that its in Durban SA at the port will be in Zimbabwe in about a week to 2 weeks.then wait for bulawayo delivery to be advised.
I paid for air freight yet they used sea shipping charging me 3 times what I should have paid.
Noone answers the phone.
Will never use them again.

The member of staff who served me was courteous, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend people to use this courier service

Very good service, in the 6 years using their service, I have recommended them to more than 20 friends and family, ( had only one mishap) which can happen, we are all human.more good than bad.These keep you informed and your stuff does get there intact.what more could I want. Will not hesitate to recommend them again and again, in fact,the last week, gave their numbers to 2 more people needing the best service.

It's very unfortunate that I'm having to write this review as we have given them 9months to make things right and they still haven't.
my mother sent 4 big boxes with them in October and 1 box didn't make it to the destination, for the last 8months I've been trying to get in contact with Coedilia and we have been ignored numerous time. we were once told she was away for two months, I used a different number to call and pretended to be someone else and suddenly she was in the office but unable to talk to us. The last time I managed to speak with her was two months ago when she told me she is looking into it and will update ASAP, I've still not heard anything from her. Can I also mention how rude and dismissive they've been every time I've called, this was the first time using this company and it will be the last. I have now had to seek legal advice on the matter and whether they like in or not- MY mother is going to be reimbursed for their poor service. Till this day, we have no idea what has happened to our items but the one I know is they will PAY. I don't recommend this company purely on their lack of professionalism, the issue wasn't the fact that they lost these items -although it was very annoying I understand mistakes happen. the issue is in the way they have dealt with this. VERY POOR.

Collection service not always reliable especially when there is no communication. I spend 4 days waiting not leave my my place where there are buzzers and intercoms. The driver lied that he had been to my place twice which was not true, big fat lies. Worse even the driver describing the parcels saying that the first time that I said my parcels were not ready. Second time that my parcels were too heavy as well as adding that no one answered the buzzer. So I had to wait for another week when the parcels were finally collected on Friday too late for the flight. I expected to be compensated somehow. I just got my bill with no compensation. Somehow I feel the whole thing was ignored.

Have used these guys for over 10 years. I’m not complaining. All of my goods have arrived in their final destinations. I suppose that’s what matters in business.
