Awful service, we were served only when customers ceased coming in, each customer came in we wer pushed aside, an they were served. Dusgusting i would say, the chicken smelt rotten, charged us an arm an a leg for a few nasty items, never again. The only Chester place u get treated equally an respectfully is Blackburn so worth the drive to get decent meal an decent service!

The food is great here,. But what loses this place 4 stars is simply the fact you have to wait 15 minuits for fast food and they keep letting in these 2 loud girls who remind us of Gemma from coronation Street.

Great and quick service at the takeaway. Perfect for a quick bite during lunch hra offering range of burgers to suit all kind of appetite. Nice and tidy environment to eat food in. On-site washroom facility are quiet handy too, which comply with all the hygine regulations.
Only downside is the parking but not major one.

Average food. Got my ice cream order wrong. I ordered Vanilla and got Cookie Dough. Chicken the spices coating was falling off when you picked it up. I certainly would not rush back.

1 and a half hour to deliver also all the food was crammed into a bag. Fries were over cooked and chicken was oily and so salty it was disgusting. Terrible terrible food. Such an insult to the Chesters franchise. Wasted money!

Nice personel, pretty tasty food, fast time of completing order.

Ordered through uber eats, stated we wanted a plain pepperoni pizza, when it came it has mushrooms and onions. My daughter has an allergy to mushrooms. Anyway contacted uber eats they refused to give refund and werent helpful at all. So I rang the shop direct, they offered a replacement pizza. When they came, they gave us a can of pop and box of chicken as well as the pizza for the inconvenience. DONT use UBER, go direct to the shop! Thankyou for the great customer service.

This place has gone downhill recently. Double pattie burger only has half extra piece of chicken and chips tasted like they fried in old oil. Sort it out!
