KFC Fleet - Fleet Road

Awful! Tables and floor were filthy, food was well below par. Thrown together, and chips were like cardboard. There are much better KFC's around than here. I just hope this doesn't reflect any new standards. Definitely won't be back.

Decided to get a KFC for our lunch. The food was nice and cooked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't eat in but the restaurant was clean and tidy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute shambles ordered the gravy triple bucket plus 3 cookies. Ordered at 17:15 got delivered at 19:15 on the delivery slip it stated rider collect at 17:20, where was my food for 1 hour 55 minutes? To make it worse it was delivered without the 4 portions of fries it comes with and without the 3 cookies we ordered. And just to add insult to injury...... EVERYTHING was stone cold. Great job on losing out on repeat customers. Time for management to leave this site. And sort your act out.... absolutely useless.

Will not be ordering from you again and will be making sure this gets to your head office, gross mis management of a fast food joint.

4 of us, all ordered zinger burger box meals. Chips portions very variable with one being half the portion of another. And all zinger burgers with hardly any lettice.
Also had two krushams, both filled un evenly and only to two thirds or less.

Food is generally good, but getting it never seems straightforward. One of the order machines seems to be frequently out of order and always out of paper for receipts, meaning you have to try and remember your order number. Some of the staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing, and there’s always something not working too, such as the ice cream/milkshake machine. I often end up with items missing from my order, which means I have to check everything is in the food bag before I leave which should be a job for the staff not the customers. Definitely needs improvement.

Can’t figure out why the ratings are so bad as I’ve never had a single issue the handful of times I’ve been in… couldn’t complain about service or cleanliness like others have below, however, has made me think about visiting again as it sounds as though I got lucky!

Absolutely appalling service, took my order knowing it wasn’t going to be delivered on time. Didn’t answer the phone or do anything useful to get the situation resolved

The chips are awful and the chicken can be very hit or miss I think it's because it's never busy so the food just sits cooked , not good at all
