Oh my what can I say... DONT ORDER FROM HERE IF I WANT 100% COOKED CHICKEN! I ordered the boneless mix
2 chicken burgers
2 fillet chickens
2 chips
2 (large gravy )
Extra popcorn chicken...
Chips were no problem but the chicken.
Chicken was still pink which to me indicates it isn’t cooked properly luckily when I eat food from a takeout I’m not used to I check what I’m eating! Chicken fillets were also pink! £21 I stupidly paid for a meal which I thought would of been good I was wrong! Spoke to a guy who quoted “ I’ve had 160 customers who have ordered been delivered food and are still waiting who have ordered the same meal as you with no complaints “ so with all these orders how can they guarantee all good will be cooked properly?? Do people really know what they are eating? So the last I heard from the shop was that the guy would speak to the boss. Obviously I have all this food which isn’t st a good quality I wanted my money back. Will I get my money back nope because I’ve had no phone call back. Are they probably laughing YES. Please be aware of where and what you order. Will definitely be taking this further.

I made a order they delivered the food I phoned to asked where my drink they said they gonna bring it back I ring a hour later still no drink they say too busy then a hour later they say driver has gone food was cold

Absolute thieves!! Placed order waited over an hour and a half for them to say they didn't know which house even though it was a premier inn also lied and said they called me but phone was off again a lie because I waited 20mins at reception with my phone in my hand!! Avoid at all costs will just steal your money 1 star is far too many

they got our order wrong when we ordered over the phone. My friend went to go collect it not knowing they got it wrong when he got there they was rude when he said they had it wrong and told him just to take the food and go, he then left and some of them came out trying to attack him. He was calm about the situation just shocking because we go there a lot as it’s cheep place to go. I advise anyone not to go there they don’t know full English. They are just nasty people. The place looks unclean and the front of the place looks so unclean, they don’t wash there hands between touching the chicken and then going to make the pizzas.

They cooking no wit oil and the food is messy and cold leit delivery any time bed service

Dirtiest food with 0 hygiene I will report this place soon , the stuff working there have no manners they can’t even accept a complaint from a costumer . No manners no professional just so rude .

Food that smells like burnt tasteless, and thieves trying not to give you the change you are due... Rubbish, not people!!

Order delivered, but missing items. Called and they wanted to send with next order. Asked for it straight away as do not use them often, but after 3 hours still not delivered. Great food but lacking in customer service.
