i asked for a refund and the lady is being so violent like she wants to kill me or something. making me make a fool out of myself in public. plus the shop could do with some cleaning. The pizza is very bad quality and tastes slimy,

A regular here. Best tasting pizza at a reasonable price. Quick service and clean. Would be helpful if the owner could please update the phone number on his website.

Twice I bought chicken and they miss one chicken. I complaint and the man looks at me very suspicious, he gave me additional one but he gave me the old chicken. What a wicked staff, I never even heard an apology.

If you asked for a ketchup they will charge you, when you ask for the sachet ( very greedy) . They give free ketchup it taste like watery ketchup. Very wicked staff especially that tall man with pointed chin. Sometimes when they give you chicken is very tiny like 2.5 inch. Sometimes they will not give plastic bag. This is the only chicken takeaway is super greedy.

After i saw the fish burger yesterday , i lost my appetite. Are you serious? Would you eat it yourself? Coz even dogs wouldn’t!

I came here and ordered a strip burger meal and 3 piece wing meal and the one of the staff charged me £18.67 when it’s supposed to be a £8 meal. Told him you charged extra and he said no you asked for 3x wing meal I said I asked for a 3 piece wing meal and to give me my money back he said there’s nothing I can do so I told him to get the manager if you can’t assist me. After waiting awhile the manager cane a tall man that has absolutely no manners towards there customers he was basically blaming me because I didn’t check the amount he put on the card reader I understand that but there was no need for me to check as the staff know what he’s doing. He kept refusing to give me the money as I didn’t have my card as I used my Apple Pay to pay the items and I wasn’t about to drive 1hr and a half to get my card it doesn’t make sense. I told him to just give me cash as it wasn’t an issue but he kept refusing he was like a am paying 20% VAT so if I give you the money I’ll lose money I told him just take the 20% which equivalent to £2 and give me the rest of the money. All in all this place is terrible from the appearance of the store to there disgusting food and most importantly there horrible staff and manager that where crying for only £2. This shop should even be open. SUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE TO SHOP DONT BOTHER WITH THIS SHOP. Do better

Scammers, do not order from this restaurant, avoid! We ordered through "Just Eat" and we waited for more then 4 hours and even called the restaurant but nobody answered our calls.
Then after few hours the restaurant wrote in the "Just Eat App" that the order was delivered. When the fact is the order was never delivered, because we have CCTV camera outside our door and we were all sitting in outside in our garden, hence this restaurant was not able to scam us because luckily we have evidence against this restaurant. Hence we have reported this restaurant with proof to "Just Eat . We will receive our money back but what this restaurant did , is so wrong, they actually tried to scam us by saying the order was delivered.
We are sharing our experiences so we can help and save others, so they don't get scammed by this restaurant.

I didnt actually eat there and would never eat there. My 5 year old son who is autistic was having a meltdown as he was going next door to barber shop. After laughing and judging him not just once but twice he came to look at him. I could not believe the mentality of him and this is the so called manager.🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡
