Staff are rude, items are over priced and You definitely do not get value for your money. The grilled burger meal which cost nearly £7 was served in the smallest bun i've ever seen! The fried chicken was under cooked and the chips were cold. When I mentioned our grievances to the staff member who we placed the order with, he made excuses and almost rediculed my expectations of a grilled burger- which is usually 3 times bigger at other establishments. I made a mistake to go here- there are other places on the High Road where the food is better served with better customer service.

Chicken burger and chicken wings are the best in town. Been coming here since a teen! When the burger was 99p at school times. One the gentleman still works here absolute legend 🙌

Ordered a fillet chicken burger meal and they gave me 2 cut out pieces of a chicken piece instead of an actual fillet which barely filled the burger and a child’s portion of chips and still had the audacity to charge me £6! I decided to try the burger as I was starving and my gum was stabbed by a sharp piece of bone!
I will definitely not be eating here again.

Charged me £6 for a chicken fillet burger. They broke a little bit off a piece of fried chicken and added into the smallest bun with a little bit of the fried chicken skin. There was a bone in the burger. It is absolutely appalling. If they didn’t have the fillet they could have just said so. Do not recommend.

Not from the area but decided to try this place as the McDonald's across the street was packed. Great chicken wings - skin was nice and crispy, chicken not dry at all. Would come again.

Dining in is a nightmare. There are some broken furniture far away from the counter. Also dirty and no heating. Looks like abandoned place. No one cares about it. I mentioned to the lady who took my order, she was ignoring my complain. Also no table serving. Lot of missing things from food, like salt, pepper, ketchup and mayo. So everything which should be essential to serve with a burger meal. For this meal and service, all together I think it was overpriced. I've been eating in many countries, many restaurants, but this experience was one of the worst ever. Never going back.

not sure why the reviews are so horrible. nice local gem for good tasty fried chicken and chips. i really liked their hot wings combo meal!
