Beetwell Fried Chicken

The food is great, but could probably do with some extra drivers because at busy periods the wait for food can be unpredictably long.

Most complaints are from people who ordered during the busier times of year.

If you order in the months leading up to and just after Christmas, it might take a while, especially if you live far away from the shop.

Great tasting food but aways late. Given an hour for delivery. Doesn't matter when ordered. Always an hour. For two burgers. Wouldn't mind the hour slot so much if they weren't late every time.

Not the biggest fan of chicken in the bone and usually avoid it like the plague but the hot wings from there are outstanding the flavour is lovely and also the buckets are good value! taste nice aswell! Usually a boneless chicken person but I will 100% order chicken on the bone from here again really really nice and fast delivery too!

The box meals was good apart from the chicken burgers, they was really hard and dry and tasted like a microwave burger I had to spit it out on forst bite as I was chewing it for ages also was really salty I mean I like salt but the burger was over the top that the root of my mouth was stinging.
I feel bad putting this as we have had good food in the past and all was nice just the burgers was a huge let down and put off

Only ordered from here twice but we'll be back again!! Everything we ordered was amazing. Early delivery too

Haven’t been to BFC for a while but fancied some chicken and chips so decided to order some for collection.The shop is bright and clean. Was very impressed as my food was lovely, cooked fresh and was hot and very tasty. The order was processed very fast and efficiently too and got text message confirmation and phone call back to tell us it was ready which was nice. Thank you for great service will definitely be back to order again.

Not ordered in a while but only just had the perfect soft n crispy fillet yummy food was nice and service was excellent by far better than lfc and cheaper will be ordering again
