This is not the first time I’ve been disappointed,
Today I ordered
2 7 ups
1 Diet Coke
Donner kebab meal
Chicken and chips.
2 mayo dips
I received 1 7-up
A Diet Pepsi
The bag of drinks and dips the mayo was spilt all over the cans. I had to clean them before using.
My chips were cold and stale in both meals.
The chicken wasn’t edible and taste horrible.
The donner kebab was ok but was cold also.
Every time I order food before closing they always missing items that I paid for because I can’t call and complain.
I will be contacting Just eat tomorrow because I had the worst experience tonight and a complete waste of money.

Rubbish deliver. I’m living 5 minutes away of them and they told me they will come in maximum 30 and took them 2 hours !
Is the first and last time when I order from this Indian shop. The guy from phone he didn’t bother to apologise for delay when I called them to ask about my food.
The burger was not fried and we throw it to the bin and they didn’t bring all the drinks and also instead of chicken kebab they bring me lamb kebab.
Awful experience.

Absolutely disgusting service! Paid over the phone for my order, when receiving the food I had the delivery driver demanding the money!! Refusing to leave!! Put his hand and foot against the door!! Which then I had to contact the food place for them to tell the delivery driver the payment slip he had is wrong!!! Absolutely appalling!! Avoid at all costs!! As for the food, I hadn’t ordered for a while which is why I thought id benefit them , if anything big mistake! The chicken and chips stunk of fish!! Regardless of how hungry you are dont eat that rubbish!! Avoid avoid avoid!! Take your money elsewhere!!!

Very good food and friendly staff. Can honestly say this is the best food place in all of Dunstable and Luton. Delicious food and good prices!

Ordered food at 3pm, delivered at 5.05pm!! 3rd time I’ve ordered from them and there has been a problem every time, twice they got the orders wrong and now a 2 hr wait😕

The food used to be good but it has decreased in quality lately. More grease and soggy chips. Nice peri peri chicken.
When asking for delivery sometimes they get late and twice they haven't made it with my full order. However, the delivery guy was always nice and returned with the rest of the order.

Twice now ordered online and money taken but order never confirmed and they never answer the phone - had to report to bank to get money back. Food is good but ordering system flawed - if they can’t fulfill the order decline it or switch off online ordering!!!
So frustrating!

This take away is ridiculously expensive. They charge you £2 extra just to change from chips to rice, which is an absolute rip off.
I was charged £2 for 5 sauces. The chicken was dry.

So based on these 3 things, I won't be eating from there anymore.
