USA Chicken

Ordered meals got home and they had missed one of the meals off the order. Called them and they said had no delivery drivers available to deliver for over hour. So drove all the way back there to collect meal which they said they would have ready. Got there they said we hadn’t ordered 5meals only 4 and I would need to pay for this extra meal. Went back through what we had ordered and what my husband had paid and they eventually realised it was there mistake, we had spent nearly £50. by this point I’m getting annoyed that your wasting even more of my time and then a delivery driver being there as well. So well and truly dissatisfied this evening, won’t be returning anytime soon.

USA Chicken do the best pizza in Stroud, forget the high Street names these guys fill your pizza up proper. Unlike the stingy offerings in the other 3....best by far, fully loaded and tasty!

Ordered take away and found chicken wings missing, phoned up, customer service lovely, and delivered our wings as soon as they could. Would definitely use this service again 😁

Food arrived after an hour, was like warm and the attitude of their delivery driver was atrocious, loads of attitude and they didn't even ring the bell, just sat in the car and called my phone which was on silent, I'll never use them again

Bought a zinger burger. Took it home with me. Finally got to eat it and it was tough and not fit to eat. 🤢. Ended up in the bin.

If your wanting a decent takeaway don’t bother going here nip to McDonald’s or get a mcdelivery because giving this place a 1 star is generous! We ordered 2 chicken burgers and chips waited a hour for it bearing in mind it’s only a 10 minute walk from our house… when it came it was stone cold everything lettuce was near on brown and the chicken fillet looked like it had been sat in a container all week definitely not a fresh fried chicken fillet that’s for sure was all soggy on the bottom like it had been fermenting somewhere I rang back up and wanted a refund would not give me my cash back offerd to swap the meals when came again was warm this time but the chicken burgers were still atrocious the place wants blowing up!

Giving 1 star is more than generous unfortunately there wasnt an option for none.
Really disappointed with our order.
The chicken was over done, Onion rings were soggy, & the ridiculous mountains of chips were cold. It took over an hour to deliver, i put plates in the oven hot for 45 minutes & the food was cold within 5 minutes.

Chicken burgers & the chicken wrap I order everytime, have always been spot on
