Quite impressive for our first time ordering. Although the food was half an hour later than we were told, it was pretty tasty and worth the wait (I'd rather they took their time and got the food right than have it rushed and undercooked). Husband had a 15' pizza and was very impressed by it, I had onion rings (tasty) and chips with mozzarella (also tasty). Staff were very apologetic and polite to us.

Placed an order through their website as thought we would try instead of the normal franchises and the site did not confirm the order but money had been taken so had to call. Then we received a call back stating they do not deliver to our address. When we explained where we are and that its a 5 minute drive we were told no and hung the phone up on us. We then had to call back to make sure we were going to get our money refunded.

Delivery states a 4 mile radius and we are 2.5miles away on Google maps driving.

Really poor service over the phone with a order taker and someone over speaking saying no down the phone.

Will never use this company would rather pay the extra for the normal pizza franchises.

We just put our order online. After an hour later we called them up. They just said they did not get any order and they would send out the food in 30-40mins... It was a good diet night. We told them we got a confirmation via e-mail and with order id. They did not care, just were sorry... if you want to have a look in your system: Order ID:293100

Hubby just bought home the best chicken kebab I've had in a long time. Plenty of hot freshly cooked tasty chicken that's not greasy like some are.
They also do lovely burgers too and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended

Opens at 12pm... hmm but will take 45 minutes to get things ready. By the look of the other reviews, don't think I'll bother again

A couple of weeks ago,I decided to try the food at Howard's Fried Chicken takeaway at St Olaves Precinct in Bury St Edmunds.I was standing inside for nearly 10 mins waiting to be served even though there was only a Father and Son sitting down I'm not sure if I was served by the Manager but he was short in height,No friendly greeting or an apology for keeping me waiting which was not a great start but I was rather hungry.I ordered a kebab which was £6.50 and paid by credit card but when I got the receipt,I saw that I had been charged £7 ,50p more so I queried this with the guy and he just said it was correct as they pass on the credit card charge to customers ,I said that it was not on as there was no sign saying customers have to pay credit card charge ,he begrudgingly gave me the cash back so I ended up paying £6.50. He packed up my kebab and I left,I decided to eat it outside instead of causing a smell inside my car, looked inside bag and there was no plastic fork so I went back to the takeaway and politely asked for a fork, the same guy gave no apology and just said they had run out of forks and delivery was coming tomorrow,,I then told him in a firm voice that it was unbelievable to run out and that he needs to go on a course to learn people's skills and manners as clearly he had none and he just told me to get out.Its not because of the rude guy,the Doner kebab was probably the worst I have ever eaten ,it was too spicy and had a strange flavour which was very unpleasant, thought it might be me so my girlfriend tried a piece of the meat and she had to spit it out in a tissue, saying it had a horrible flavour .I know food businesses are having a torrid time in these difficult times but they should still treat customers with manners and respect which clearly this guy didn't have and he will have lost many customers if this is the normal way he treats customers .I have been eating kebabs for 40+ years and enjoy them occasionally but I would never go back to this takeaway again even if it was the only kebab I could get within a 100 miles.

It's not the food that's unhygienic
It's the Staff imo
I won't ever step foot in this fastfood shop ever again
1 star is way to generous
I'd personally watch the staff prepare food with a sharp eye

Ordered to burger meals and pizza. The only thing that was edible was the pizza the chips were cold and still frozen the burgers were burnt to a crisp and buns were stale as anything with hairs in the salad was all slimmy and brown never ordering again
