Rocky Fried Chicken

Food came about 2 hours later...
It came cold not once but twice! I ordered last week also...

Order was wrong driver turned up with wrong food and tried charging us extra..

Last week driver couldn't find the address he rang me like 5 times asking where it is

1) cold
2) late
3) wrong order
4) tried charging extra

I really enjoyed RFC when it was recommended by a friend... But not now...

Placed an order on just eat which was confirmed for collection, 2 minutes later they cancelled it. but the best of it is when I rang to complain I was met with abusive language and was told they couldn't be arsed to cook my food baring in mind they didn't shut for another 90 mins because they wanted to close early. Will never use this place again and with that attitude am surprised that they are still open at all.

Chips were lovely. Burger was nice but too much mayo. Pieces of chicken were dry and chewy. The beans tasted a bit weird and the coleslaw had a very sour taste. Bit pricey aswell.

Put an order through Just Eat. My order didn’t arrive at specified time, tried to ring but Rocky Road phone was constantly engaged. Secondly, the order was posted as delivered but not to my address. Their phone was engaged for 4 hours. Feel like I’ve been ripped off. Just Eat were no help whatsoever.

Usually has decent food. Not a bad chicken shop. Wouldn't order through their food hub link though. I did while they were open and it took my payment then said they were closed. They were not! Now I need to wait 3 to 5 days for my money back when this was our birthday budget for my son to get his takeaway. I'm raging.

Used to love their nice fried chicken & chips - sad to know them no longer in business.

I gotta say I was a little worried because you always here bad stuff from other fired chicken 🐔 places.....But it's actually really good......give it ago you'll be very suprized.....it was Hot and tasty.........

Quick, friendly, and the food is better than KFC in my opinion. The chicken is fresh, and the fried batter is really good, plus the fries are superb!

The Beans usually come with barbeque sauce in, which it doesn't always mention.
