Yummy food freshly made and frozen right away. Great for sticking up for the week if you know you will be busy or suddenly you have relatives coming over. Lots of choices - meaty, veggie, some vegan, small one person options all the way to 5 person portions. Great desserts. Everything is really tasty, have been using them for 4 years and never been disappointed!

Very very poor customer service. My wife wanted to leave without half of what she was shooping for.
The idea, the food and the principles are 5 star. The miserable ladies with massive attitudes who run it are a blight on the neighbourhood. Sorry but it is always like this (3 to 4 visits) except when the older lady is serving.
Please address this as plainly you are delivering to a very convenient, if not entirely necessary, market.

Great staff and lovely frozen food.

Their selection of frozen foods is quite exceptional. My Father swears by them (he is 82 y.o). Although my wife and I have the rare luxury of having the time to buy fresh ingredients and prepare our own meals, should the time come I'd definitely buy from COOK. They also deliver and are prevalent in many of the local shops (I have seen their cabinets in Virgina Water and Sunninghill for example). Recommended 👍

The blonde lady at the counter is so charming you can't help but wanting to be there. Tried a few dishes and they were really good. Shame about no loyalty card or any other sort of benefits. As a student it would be nice to get 10% off.

Checked online in the morning to see if the product I wanted was in stock. Computer said NO - so ordered something else. Dropped by at noon to pick it up. For some reason staff weren't aware of the order, but, lo and behold, the product I originally wanted was available in the freezer! Moral of the story: don't rely on what their online system is telling you.
