Rhyl is always a good shop but today I saw the exceptional quality of all the staff. A gentleman had a seizure in store and the speed and kindness and help given was 180% brilliant. Absolutely FANTASTIC and they deserve to be highly commended on their professionalism and care . Please pass on these comments to them.

Was good for parking, inside nice, clean aisles with lots of choice, good deals on the fresh meats and freezer deals, nice friendly young lady on the till, will use again 😀

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Cant beat some of the prices and offers. Also if you save through the year for love2shop vouchers you can find 90% of your Christmas food shop.

This store (Rhuddlan) never disappoints. Usually well stocked and with friendly and obliging staff. Last Christmas we paid a lot of money for a turkey crown from their neighbours a few doors down which was, at best acceptable. This Christmas we spent £20 on a fresh turkey crown from Iceland which was the best we've ever had. Far superior to last years and less than half the price. The Bonus Card scheme and the weekly pensioners discount are a great help as well. Well done Iceland and thank you.
