The Food Warehouse

Nice big shop with smooth floors for trolleys, push chairs, etc with a lot of selection available. Decently sized aisles to navigate even with baskets on the sides

Got to be the top shop for your frozen foods, but they also give you the choice of fresh and processed foods at very good prices. Well worth a visit!

For a long time since the pandemic I have use Iceland with excellent delivery service but today my son drove me down to the food warehouse & the service was first class Joe who served me at the till was so polite & helpful as I said to him.Iceland staff both with delivery service and today face to face are exceptional and all deserve recognition. I WOULD RECOMMEND ICELAND THAT Richard & his team deserve a big Thankyou for everything they have done to help us especially now when so many people are struggling with cost of living. A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL {from me and my family).

I was so disappointed, I like Iceland stores, but this store was not stocked properly and looked unkempt, I went with another OAP to get our 10% reductions, even though we asked for it we never received it.

Don't see what the fuss is my local Iceland is as well stocked and apart from a few bigger packs nothing special
Seemed short staffed for its size

Was surved by Maciej and it was THE WORST.

Was not happy with his attitude, felt rushed at the till, not something I want to experience being in my 70s, felt like he was chucking my shopping at me so fast and seemed like he did not want to be their.

This has left me extremely upset. It was around 8:15am wasn't even that busy. When I was putting my shopping in the trolly he was muttering something under his breath. I could not wait to get out of there. Theres alot of elderly customers in the morning who don't feel like being rushed especially when handling money over,
He assumed I was paying by card and got angry when I had cash.

All you need under one roof. Reasonable prices
